Well so far the CR has bought forward plant and camp refirbishment by 2 weeks as the next tranche of orion funding has yet to be announced as released. Not so significant but if approvals were to take another few weeks I would think that there would be less opposition from people on HC that the CR was the right thing to do.
Each month production at 100oz/yr, $500oz profit is an extra $4+mil to the bottom line....what timeframe does an earlier start up become significant?
