would imagine it's a busy drilling place over there ..new placer claims being approved all the time..i would think CAD would be looking at selecting the one that will get to drilling the quickest..a drilling company that is free ..or near end of another contract..as said in their ANN the company is in discussions with a number of candidates to provide drilling..perhaps the one they thought they could get is busy at another project ?..
and the timeframe they will get round to it doesn't suit CAD..? why don't you email them and ask if you are concerned..the good part is the darn BLMs are approved so next stage is the drilling..
