    The last 4 ann have done nothing to the share price because it has already been factored into the SP, Look the rise from .001

    Again This BLM Approval has ticked another box in the timeline and management have been very strategic and pro-active.

    You might call it a diluted blow fish, though some dilution will be nothing in the future scheme of things
