and why wouldn't they JV ?..of course they will..but we need the drilling to start before that happens,,and they have enough cash to get that started..remembering that brine is is cheaper to drill less costly ..no rock blasting etc....just like drilling for water..and only takes a few weeks to get sample results are back from reno...research the areas they are in..
