IMO
After being in the Doldrums for the last couple of years, people still worried about putting in more $$,
as objections to the approval can still be lodged for a month.
But saying that, around 50 Million shares were traded today.
I got some more too.
People who got fed up of negative SP, were probably waiting to get out.
Hopefully they are reducing in number, and the SP will start an uptrend.
