yeah maybe, but,the price plummeted after the raise and pretty sure it never recovered. While I was perusing the 6 month financial report,, I took the opportunity to consider if the amount of management fees the three office bearers are paying themselves . director payments are includedm in admin and corporate costs, ie $218K for six month period .
divided by three directors, let’s say that’s approximately $70k per director for YTD December , or $140,000 each for the full financial year.
lets say total yearly, Director Fees will be $500,000, not unreasonable . So unless the Directors are trading profitably in MAN shares to their own benefit via another associated entity , you couldn’t say that management is gouging cash from MAN.
