So you have the bottom feeders (I am one) sitting waiting to snap up anyone that needs to sell. Anyone that needs to sell has to do it at less than 0.2 cents.
Eur will rise. It will not rise over Christmas, It will not rise much until Sizzle votes. The market will be wanting proof. They are sick of hype that has not delivered. EUR has to get to 35 cents to make CLE worth $20M.
CLE Has not delivered anything new on Canada. In fact they have delivered less. They have said that the projects in NZ and Aus are worthless. They have said that the resource in Canada is 7.3B tonnes. That was a known. They have said that they can get 69% plus FE. That was a known. They have said that with a small single step they can get >70% FE. This project could not fly before nor could the two deposits above it fly. Their is a logistics problem and a possible high capex. These are unknowns and only when these are favorably addressed, then the value in the project is only what they paid for it. That will be with a PFS followed by a DFS. The shares in EUR will be the funds for the PFS and DFS.

The PFS needs to outlay a NPV and a selling figure that is expected to be gotten.
