    @RSD I can't remember - is the other 'local shareholder' they choose to leave a mystery in this announcement (how's the transparency, don't you love it) as the JV owner of Block 8, Al Tasnim? Wouldn't surprise me given they chose not to announce who it is even though I am pretty sure it has been announced previously.
