If people took a careful look at other oil companies over the years they would see that in deciding the commercial prospetcs of a project flow rate is possibly the most decisive factor after establishing the presence of quality oil. Companies arent likely to go through the cost of pumping low return heavy oil regardless of how much is there. Too many on here addicted for too long to a fairy tale ending despite the evidence to the contrary. The collective wisdom of the market says it all in the SP.
