    Market expectations were not met. Nonetheless there will be recoverable oil from all 3 Amistad levels. Nodding donkeys required. One usually sees an over reaction when expectations are not met. Volatility was expected. What will be the new norm with the SP until Al 3 gets advanced; 8c maybe?
