Roch. A couple of things:
1. Noone is "stuck". I am free carry atm, and yes - did take a hit today. But I am far from "stuck". Indeed, I think today's sell-off will be the massive pre-A3 tree-shake we needed. Holders now are the ones who will be in it for the long-haul, and new holders (those who bought today) will be in at a decent level for the next run up. Shame you missed it because you were too pre-occupied with telling everyone else how wrong we all were.
2. Clearly you did not read all (or perhaps any?) of the company's announcements. There is a distinct difference between the Amistad and Marti structures. Given your ability to provide amazing valuations on oil companies, you would have been aware of this when you provided your 50+ valuations about a month ago.
3. Accusing someone - particularly the Director of a publicly-listed company, of "b***sh**" is actually illegal. I do hope someone can give you some guidance on this before you end up in Court. I strongly suggest you retract your statement.
