exactly ,the drill crew would have know this would not flow to surface hence the simulation test with water proved the reservoir had movable oil and pressure giving a estimate of 750bpd ,all it means is the pressure and weight of oil in the string out weighed the reservoir pressure ,as along as the drill hole fills with oil it will be pumped out , alot very rich companies around using donkey pumps ,
