Not sure where you are getting A2 will go into production with lift methods.
AP even says its not the way its done in Cuba and horizontal wells utilizing the natural fracturing is the way to go with the shallow depth Cuban wells and it makes perfect sense to me. Installing a pump will only work for a period of time before the well will need additional workover/fraccing to wthe welletc. Drilling horizontally into the natural fractures will give it decent flow for an extended period of time. They will use the data they obtain from A2 and look to come up with a plan in the future.
