It will require much more than a pump.... We have been through this, they need to build a compressor station lol. Good luck.
But!..... You cannot perform enhanced oil recovery with a compressor and a pump alone, it requires much much more than that. and they might need to spend 6-12months to calculate if it is feasible at all, especially in Cuba.
