I wouldn't write off Amistad at this stage. Far from it. Afterall, a large portion of cuba's production is heavy sour crude as that's what alot of the north coast discoveries are and thats what their refineries and power plants run on. Sherritt in their heyday were producing 20,000+ bopd and raking in US$300 million a year from this alone, when they were operator of Varadero, nothing to be sneezed at. If Amistad were all we found, I'd still be a happy SH and wait patiently for production given its size.
