Yeah, they won't drill relatively inexpensive onshore horizontal drills to truck oil 30 km to a refinery that is suited to refining heavy oils. They will get it much cheaper after it has been shipped all that distance from Russia and the oil from selfless Russia and basket case economy Venezuala will be much more reliable.
