AP confirmed that lateral/horizontal drill is typical in Cuba now for the upper sheets.
I was concerned on achieving trajectory due to the shallow nature but it appears not to be an issue.
Going by what we achieve in Aust, field development of this type of play can happen rapidly, I'd suggest going by AP's recent comments about rig providers to get rigs certified is clearly his intention
