He alluded to the fact that the delay in releases have been due to not having the full picture at the time an announcement was due.
So they could release what they had with inferences, then release later with an update on whether their interpretation was correct (or not!!!), or wait until a consensus was reached in the data room on what the data is suggesting before a release. Last time they did the later, resulted in a Net increase in resource estimates.
Right now it would be a safe bet to say that there is some DST data. Shooting oil all over the deck, or puffing nothing but dust would be a definitive outcome due an announcement regardless of the data obtained, and would most likely be associated with a TH as either outcome would very much be price sensitive. Otherwise there is most likely data (flow?) that warrants interpretation.

A non-flowing hole would be yielding data that DOES NOT need interpretation...It does not flow commercially simple.
