First of all.. look at the precedent which was Amistad 1a, that singlehandedly blows your theory out of the water.
Secondly, using the Amistad 1a template for flow results should be easy and actually should make writing the ASX announcement fast, just copy and paste viscosity, flow (or no flow), choke size, core sample etc etc and you are done.
Thirdly, I have followed this company for years, and, never has a delayed announcement been a sign of positivity.
