I have been confident of the end result. There is nothing positive to say about a tactical blunder. Zapato was a drill that needed doing but the timing and justification was preposterous, the risk reward compared to Alameda2 and 3 was irreconcilable. At very least it should have been deferred for 3D. That is not hindsight but is proven retrospectively.
