Bottom line is the oil is still there.
The question is:
how much money,
how long will it take,
how to do it.
While that is worked out the share price is going to be very very cheap. So cheap the company might fail.
So, to hold and wait, to average down, to sell and walk, to sell and watch.
They haven't had their fair share of luck on this project so i am invlined to hold, wait and watch. If their luck turns then i might average down.
