i believe that 1b was just choked to 300bopd....no issue there is my understanding.
most of your other questions would be good to know about.
I personally think.there is a good project in 1b. They need to start producing and ramp up production as fast as they can using debt financing.
if marti and Alameda were quick fixes do it know but if they are not sure then best move on to 1b.
