I am left with OB as the logical fault. To be so one has takenthe eye completely off the ball in terms of monitoring mud/ fluid loss into the structure one would think.
This fault/mistake has cost and is costing a lot ofmoney to the company and SH value, someone at groundlevel and board level need to be accountable one would think.
