chillax - it was a rough guesstimate simply to drive a point....so what if the figures aren't accurate??? point is Sonangol paid 85% for two wells, then 70%.....its hurt them 2.5 times more than its hurt us....
what will they do about it....the clear incompetence of keeping AP at the helm is a hole they may want plugged....
