i have a different interpretation to you flam .... i believe it was choked down as part of engineering assessment whilst not wanting t o make too much oil. Alameda 2 could have flowed alot more than 300bopd had they wanted it to.
why don't you ask the company and see what their answer is ? then post it on this thread.
