Its manipulation at its best ,there experts at it,never trust any board of any company especially a takeover and acquisition company ,scareout =buy ,spike= sell, good luck with longterm,most company makers hits rock bottom before going parabolic,looks like MAY set up for takeover or major dilution, if they have a capital raise will we be included or just for APs associates , i visit hot copper only a few times a year the same poison flowing from the same people every time good luck and don't listen to the noise.
