According to the available information, there was more evidence that Marti would flow than Alameda (see the diagram). Therefore, it is less likely that Alameda will flow if Marti failed its flow test.
To put it another way, what evidence did we have that Marti could flow? The answer was Marti-5. What evidence did we have that Alameda would flow???? answer:....?
