It doesn't make sense to me that if this truly was the issue and they were super confident this really was the issue then another sidetrack with lower mude weight could quickly be done in 2 weeks which is nothing compared to the entire campaign.
I reckon they are guessing this is the issue and AP is just throwing out some 'hopium' as they probably do not 100% know what the issue is
