the 'if' hasn't been confirmed/denied by MAY, because as per the announcement, they're waiting on results to assist in working it out.
But rather than standing around like stale pots of piss at a wedding, MAY for the interim, is doing flow testing on the upper layer. Sounds smart right... Can't have Cubans being paid to stand around and scratch their balls/play sudoku.
Surely it is unreasonable to expect to simply drill a hole 3 km deep and magically it just works... there's got to be a process and challenges on the way.
Heck; lets have a synonym... i can't put fuel in a brand new car, without first finding the fuel door release button, then undoing the cap. There's a process/journey of discovery right. Or instead... like many have displayed here, i could just have a tantrum because the fuel light is on and I haven't worked out how to open the fuel door. "I'm doomed! I'll miss my tea and scones with my great Granny. How can i drive when i haven't a way to put the fuel in!" ... kind of irrational right?
