agree with that
The situation now is that after the market has absorbed this and reacted (like they did yesterday), we are now in a position where we want to see what the plan/plans is regarding unblocking and getting oil up...........
If this expected ann does not come within a week or 2, the sp will no doubt plummet back down to mid 3's.
Watching the shenanigans play out will be interesting in itself
