I think we are all forgetting something rather important here: Melbana (AP and his team) are only contributing 30% of costs to this well, with Sonangol contributing the other 70%. It is highly likely, therefore, that Sonangol would need to be consulted prior to any major deviation to the drill plan, or any addition to the program (such as an additional sidetrack into Marti). Weighing that up, Sonangol may be more keen - as too may CUPET - to see Alameda flowing, as opposed to some Indiana Jones expedition into Marti.

Sensible rational post. Parties want to continue to remediate Marti and parties want to flow test Alameda. As a decision hasn't been finalised as to the order, AP vaguely states they are doing both which justinconfuses . This raises the question which remains uncommented on by two of the biggest pro MAY posters on this thread, one with a strong handle on the drill and the other with just a strong hand on his drill, if Alameda is now perforated and flow tested first, how the heck do we get back into Marti via A3 without going through another 6 month new drilling program in 2025, 2026! Sounds like Marti is dead for 2024 if Alameda is flowed first?
