I dont think theres a problem with testing the Alameda then running a completion strig/sleeves over the perforated sections, this may be a full length string with packers or individual sliding sleeve type over each section. It may be a reduction in tubing size from less then 4 1/2" though, normally completion strings are engineered to support this In the well design prior to drilling the well
