    The range, and variation in the numbers, are result of the confidence levels assigned. This is standard practice, with the valuation discounts applied according to their "risk heirarchy" - per

    They don't simply pluck a number out of thin air or opt for a number somewhere between the high and low.

    All that said - I think we can all agree - until it is in the bank, it ain't money.
