if it is any good it will flow... it is the formation water on which the oil floats that creates the pressure ..... if there is no formation water on which the oil floats then a vital piece of the jigsaw is missing .... the oil will not migrate into the reservoir and then flow without it. Does not need to flow out the collar of the well just rise above the level it is encountered at / or have head pressure.
