Typical AP modus operandus. Another is to spread disinformation through one of his frequent caller acolytes. That way he spreads his rhetoric whilst not being held to account. I anticipate he will hold off Alameda reservoir test until he has instituted a rectification but his announcement sure didn’t make that clear and I wonder if his syntax is that bad or it’s intentional. Actually wonder should be changed to suspect.
