why would Sonangol lend MAY 30 million $USD finance with the market capitalisation around $100million if they offered twoX current shareprlice alot of shareholders would take it at the moment. However, I remember making alot of money from Carnarvon drilling shallow volcanic fracture reservoirs in Thailand. It's market capitalisation rose to over 1billion on much smaller respurces than these and the shares ran to at least 40cents if not 60 cents per share.
