AP announced flow test started six or seven hours, after it actually started in Cuba Monday Morning (now 20 hours ago) that is why he was 'pleased to announce the start and further updates as testing progressed over next 5 days. A few articles already posted, Six degrees recommencing Email alerts, all suggests to me that it was evident that oil was flowing to the surface before the announcement was released on ASX.
All we need to know is the flow rate and API.
