If Alameda starts to flow, they are almost duty bound to go into a TH whilst they conduct the flow tests. Not sure what the onsite storage capacity is right now, but if won't take long before someone local becomes aware of what is happening. The perforations are across a large area (they seem to have merged DST#3 and DST4 into one) and - subject to no repeat of what happened in Marti - should flow (their analysis or cores seem to imply this). IMO the TH could catch a lot of people off guard.
