Hi Kit. Not sure about on site capacity but there was a big fire at the matanzas guiteras thermoelectric power station in one of their storage tanks within last couple of weeks. Not sure of the impact that could perhaps have if oil was to go there or if it was even a potential/eventual destination for some of it. I couldn't understand what the presenter was saying in the video and what the actual cause was for the fire. All of the online comments seemed to be anti/critical of government possibly from expats.
I'm not suggesting this directly impacts MAY in any way just saying it's a big jigsaw over there with lots of pieces.
