Alameda... They've perforated the liner with the gun ( explosive charge) through any 'skinning effect', emulsif layers, into the formation, or reservoir or whatever bs name flim flam man is giving it this week , allowing oil (Hopefully) into the well bore.
This will also have, if correct, a beneficial effect on Marti as it extract approx 3600m of mud and replace it with a lighter weight oil column. But won't remove all weight on Marti, just lower it. Imo.
The problem with marti is it hasn't been a perforation of the liner by explosive charge thus far, whether the gun won't fit its 4.5 inch diameter of they thought the pressure would be so great it wouldn't need it.... We don't yet know.
We do know they didn't drill into the same high pressure zone as al1 by design.
