AP being an ex- banker will, truly as all bankers do, only care or look after himself both reputationally, financially and strategically. He DGAF about retail investors or even instos as compared to himself.
He is in it like all of us ie to make as much money as possible.
He holds the strings, foreknowledge and therefore, power and will use it to suit himself (and why not).
He probably even has his own playbook as to when to carefully release certain (either limited or fully) comments or info at certain predetermined trigger points during operations (again, why not).
