You need to be realistic now that API is 18 heavier oil than the upper sheets that were producing 1000 barrels a day at 800m. You’re going 4km down a hole further with varying conditions which add more resistance along the way. Yes you have increased pressure but flow rate will be poor and the 5000 barrels a day will be significantly less hence less feasible when it comes to establishing the production and funding the construction.
