    This article above from a few months back probably touches on the broad hurdle for big money entering MAY. Not that it will stop any short term excitement from big news. Essentially it says MAYs ability to actually be paid, and the perceived integrity of contracts from a political perspective are its main headwinds.

    This article below from last night is hidden behind a paywall, but they put the Cuban president as the main photo. Important alright!
