I'm not sure who needs the most help. Roch at least clearly states that she is a ramper although her arithmetic is appalling and she seems to forget that there's more than one well involved she is not delusional although she recycles the same old material. On the other hand Linebacker's prose is a bit like a James Joyce stream of consciousness novel with incomplete sentences , no capitals but dots everywhere. Although thank goodness he's not too prone to use capitalisation he's inclined to use bold text or red ink or italics to highlight instead somewhat obtuse points.
