    Always thought this would make sense if CUPET would come into the picture with funds (Chinese?) and drive the Block-9 project forward at more than the slower pace it's run with MAY running the show .. CUBA needs OIL flows ASAP..

    esp if we see great results next couple of months ... I'm sure "Sonangol" has the people to get Block-9 producing major oil-flows
