you're hinting that the French and/or the Chinese will come along with MAY on the Cuban ride in search of oil?
i always thought it'd be the Ruskies and/or Chinese, but it could be the French as they are on the Beehive train
we'll know soon once all the formal approvals are completed with the Cuban government.
