The energy sector, particularly that of oil and gas isnt what it use to be, even a year ago this news would've sent this to 30 cents
Look at the barrel price over the last few months and look at the big production companies SP, its not reflecting like it use to.
This will move once we produce and once we get certified reserves, the money will come when the investment risk reduces, until then you either hold/buy or sell
