AP has told us they're looking at get more rigs certified and thus available.
The rig required to drill this shallower resource potentially doesn't need to be as powerful as the one we have at present
We have the leases ready to go, so its just some Engineering design and goverment approvals, which AP has also stated are alot more readily achievable in Cuba than say Australia
Theres more to this that will unfold vey quickly imo
Will we now see another party entering?
