It might be that they are getting special high pressure casing from either Mexico or China as anything over 10kpsi would test the limit of standard casing at these depths.
Things being delayed for maintenance etc might be a positive with production and that should positively impact reserves with the recovery factor. We should get a big volume increase with the net reservoir and fractures soon and then another recovery factor increase with production results.
