as far back as 1881 block 9 has flowed light oil ,the marti structure flow light oil in 1984 but interesting they were not in right spot with low pressure , a3 is in THE high pressure zone as they found in A 1 and sounds like it was very unexpected with uncontrolled high pressure ,the drillers and may got caught with there duds down , A 3 is well planned this time with the right casing and muds to handle the high pressure 10k bpd should not be a issue getting the oil to the refinery or port will be but if my hunch is correct the pipe line plan is well underway and probably the pipe being made ,block 9 could most likely provide all cuba s oil needs with careful drill planning , the boys are on it with A 3 and our marti will be a big winner
